11. U.S. Order Fulfillment

Visionheng works with third-party logistics and fulfillment partners to process and deliver orders for customers in the United States.

U.S. orders are fulfilled and shipped from warehouse facilities operated by our third-party logistics partners.

These warehouse facilities are operated by our logistics partners and are not owned or directly operated by Visionheng or CHENHENG CO., LIMITED.

The shipping carrier used for an order may vary depending on the destination and available logistics services.

Our use of third-party logistics partners does not change the shipping rates, return terms, or customer service policies published on the Visionheng website.

12. Returns

Eligible products may be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Visionheng currently accepts eligible returns within:

30 days from the date of delivery

Eligible returned products may be in new and unused condition, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned products must remain unused, clean, undamaged, unaltered, and in resalable condition.

Returns are handled by mail.

We currently do not offer direct in-store returns or direct exchanges.

13. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible non-defective returns, including change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Visionheng will provide the appropriate resolution and, where a physical return is required, will reimburse the reasonable applicable return shipping cost according to the return instructions provided by our customer service team.
